The Waldorf School Atlanta

Robert Cain's master plans for K through high school Waldorf campuses embrace principles of education developed by Dr. Rudolf Steiner, the creator and guiding force behind the Waldorf School movement. In addition to educational systems, Dr. Steiner created original architectural theories and forms representative of his philosophies, and his lectures on color theory influenced the role of color in music, dance, film and architecture.

At Waldorf “children are encouraged to grow and mature in their own individual ways. Learning is a dynamic process that engages students with a rich sensory experience in an aesthetically pleasing environment”. The organization of the Waldorf master plans accommodates structures designed to consciously and rationally define space specifically for the spiritual reinforcement and expression of the particular activities to take place within them.
