Feasibility study for South Columbia Drive at Katie Kerr Drive
A study commissioned by the owner to illustrate the potential for a 25 residential units/acre mixed use development of a wooded 4 acre property.
Housing includes single family, town and multi-family homes and is mixed with retail, a post office, meeting facilities and other amenities. Residential units are for sale and range from affordable cottage homes and lofts to larger free-standing single family homes. Pedestrian walks, lanes and a woonerf link all aspects of the development. A central square axially ties to a park on the corner of Katie Kerr and South Columbia featuring a 200 year old white oak.
Pavilions, site sculptures, trellises reinforce the pedestrian linkages.
