Early Branch Cottage Addition

 

The Cottage is an Early Branch Farm temporary residence converted from its previous life as a garage and intended to serve during the owner's original 1995 renovation and addition to the main farmhouse.  Its life extended, for convenience, well beyond the completion of the renovation and now, in this 2009 addition has received a screened porch and patio as well as a folding wall system allowing the compact studio living quarters to expand visually and physically into the courtyard garden of the farm.
